HER....

I was on my way to PUNE and it was in the airport that I spotted Her-the quintessential modern self sufficient woman of today….She strolled in wearing
a jeans and top..with her baby in a pouch like carrier firmly clipped to
the strap of her backpack…she sat down, unhooked her baby from its confines
and then fed it from a small packet of AMUL mishti doi..the baby had a tendency to
grasp at the spoon again and again..so she gave it a rattle to play with….
I watched her..astounded by her composure and presence of mind…she looked the least nettled by the babies antics..and kept feeding it…wen she was done..she packed the spoon and all into a packet, put them all in her backpack and was all set to go…with the baby in her pouch again….

She was to me the symbol of all a self sufficient woman should be…not cribbing for support and help from others…yet a caring and loving mother….caring for her baby
on the way to work…she was completely WOW….my all respect and adulation for her…

You will find all of the 3 devis i.e Durga, Swaraswati and Laksmi in them. It is a good example that you have stated. I myself is an example of what you stated like that lady in the airport. My mom being the lady and I am her baby. Great thoughts Nila...

My salute and respect goes to all the woman who has immense patient and luv for their loved ones...
And i being a man urge every man to stand beside these women who are just wonderful through out their life.

An Woman is such a devine power in this world. They always put their needs second especially for their children.A mother will put aside a pair of shoes she has been dying to have so that way her child could have what h/she wants. A woman do aside her career to start a family and as a personal example even i could see all these characteristics in my mother too. A lady like this would always be a great example of self sufficient as well as self confident mother. just to rectify atanu da's comment...These woman don't even require any support to stand...they can easily find their own way to reach their destination....

Well done...Nilanjana...you really have given a wonderful example and mirror to those who still have fear to go forward in life's long way...really heads off to those!!!!

I know Deep...These women are self dependent and they don't need man's help but instead of exploiting them why shouldn't we man as human being would encourage them and stand beside them in every steps of their life. I can tell u Deep maximum of our men are jealous of the progress made my women in their life and they try to discourage them and try to exploit them of their weakness. I just cannot stand them !
